Beginning early next year, U.S. Special Forces are expected to vastly expand their presence in Pakistan, as part of an effort to train and support indigenous counter-insurgency forces and clandestine counterterrorism units, according to defense officials involved with the planning.

NOTE: Now anybody with half a cerebellum and with enough X-file episodes under them would have a little, just a little bit of suspicion after Benazir Bhutto's assassination , that this would open the doors for the Americans there in Pakistan and help polarize the population to have some on there side. I can just imagine the scene of a sand and sun choked CIA operative on his satellite phone with a shady man in Washington, telling him it's all set. Do I have any proof to think that way? No. DO I need to have proof with this current administration? Probably not.
